Pelvance provides personalized pelvic floor programs through pelvance.com, operated by Mikra Webtec e.K. (Im Malerwinkel 58, 72622 Nürtingen, Germany). Programs are educational and movement-based. Pelvance does not provide medical care.

Course plans (Recover $129, Restore $97, Refine $79, Renew $109, Reset $129, Ready $79) are one-time payments granting lifetime access to that program. Pelvance Complete ($247) bundles all six programs plus Pelvance+ Continued for life. Pelvance+ Continued (optional add-on, $9.99/month) provides monthly themed mini-programs and is billed monthly via Stripe; cancel anytime with no further charge.

Pelvance content is education and movement programming, not medical advice or treatment. Programs are based on pelvic floor physiotherapy standards but are not a substitute for in-person care. If you have severe symptoms (heavy prolapse, constant pain, post-surgical recovery), consult a pelvic floor physiotherapist before starting any program.

You confirm that you have no medical condition that prevents safe participation in moderate exercise. Pregnancy: Ready (pregnancy prep) and post-clearance Recover are appropriate; consult your care provider for fitness guidance during pregnancy.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per person. All program content, lessons, videos, and materials are owned by Mikra Webtec e.K. You may not redistribute, resell, or share account access. Personal use only.

Course plans (one-time payments) do not require cancellation — access is lifetime. Pelvance+ Continued can be cancelled anytime from Settings or by emailing billing@pelvance.com. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

To the extent permitted by law, Mikra Webtec e.K. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability for direct damages is capped at the amount paid for the relevant plan. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Stuttgart, Germany, for merchants. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected.
