About Pelvance
Pelvic floor care that fits your stage, not your stereotype.
Pelvance builds personalized pelvic floor programs for every life stage. Postpartum to menopause. Athlete to pregnancy prep. Built on clinical pelvic floor physiotherapy standards.
Why we exist
The advice gap.
One in three women has a pelvic floor symptom by age 40. Heavy after-baby leaks. Pressure that gets worse on a long walk. The "I cannot trust myself in a sneeze" feeling at 52. Most never mention it, and most who do get told the same thing: do your kegels.
Kegels alone are not enough, and for some women they are actively wrong. Postpartum needs diastasis closure first. Hypertonic floors need release before strength. Perimenopause needs hormone-aware loading. The protocol depends on the stage.
Pelvance starts with your stage. Then it gives you the right program. The same way a pelvic floor physio would.
Our approach
What pelvic floor physios do, structured into a daily home program.
Stage-first
Six programs, one per life stage. Recover (postpartum 0–12 mo), Restore (1–5 yrs), Refine (athletes), Renew (perimenopause), Reset (menopause), Ready (prevention or pregnancy prep).
Progressive loading
Pelvic floor work is strength training. We move from awareness to activation to functional load (squat, lift, run, sneeze). 6–12 week structured progressions, not random exercise reels.
Honest scope
Education and movement programming. Not medical care. We say so on every page and recommend a physio first if symptoms are severe (heavy prolapse, constant pain, post-surgical).
The evidence
What the protocols are built on.
Pelvance programs follow standards used in pelvic floor physiotherapy: progressive loading, breath and intra-abdominal pressure coordination, functional integration, and stage-specific sequencing.
Postpartum programs prioritize diastasis recti closure and connective-tissue healing before strength loading. Perimenopause and menopause programs incorporate the principles of hormone-aware tissue work and bone loading. Athlete programs target force tolerance and impact pelvic floor response, not just resting tone.
Every program is stage-appropriate, progressive, and finishes with functional integration. No random kegel reels. No pelvic-floor "hack" gadgets. Just the structured work that produces results.
Progressive loading
Awareness → activation → functional load
Breath coordination
Diaphragm + pelvic floor synergy under intra-abdominal pressure
Stage-specific
Postpartum, perimenopause, athletic load, and prevention each get their own protocol
Functional integration
Squat, lift, run, sneeze, lift-the-toddler — the moments that actually matter
Who we are
A small team building honest pelvic floor programs.
Pelvance is operated by Mikra Webtec e.K., a small German company based in Nürtingen. We build evidence-based programs at honest prices because pelvic floor care should not require a referral and a copay.
We work with pelvic floor physiotherapists when we draft and review program protocols. We do not pretend to be physios ourselves, and we say so on every page where it matters.
